Please be sure your address is correct when placing your order. Contact us immediately if you notice an error.

ALL ORDERS ARE SHIPPED ON THE NEXT BUSINESS DAY AFTER ORDER COMPLETION. CURRENTLY, ORDERS ARE BEING COMPLETED WITHIN 2-3 DAYS AFTER THE ORDER IS PLACED. HOWEVER, OUR GENERAL PROCESSING TIME POLICY IS AS FOLLOWS:

NON CUSTOM ITEMS:

Non custom items are shipped within 1 week after the order is placed.

CUSTOM ITEMS:

Items that are custom made and/or custom-fit, please generally allow up to 14 business days for us to complete your order. Usual processing time for most items is 1-3 business days and most orders are shipped 1 week after date of purchase. However, customers should generally allow up to 3 weeks to receive their order, especially during our busiest seasons and heavy discount coupon sale periods. Feel free to contact us when or before placing your order to inquire about current order processing times.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

NON CUSTOM ITEMS:

1. Clothing tops and bottoms/ apparel: Unworn clothing items (sweatshirts, t-shirts, pants, dresses, and leggings) in original packaging with attached tags may be exchanged for other items or receive store credit.

2. Earrings: We understand that items may be damaged during delivery. As a result, we will replace damaged items.

3. Other jewelry (bracelets, anklets, and necklaces): Unworn jewelry items in original packaging can be exchanged for other items or receive store credit. Items damaged during transit will be replaced. 

4. Accessories: Unused clothing accessories in original packaging with attached tags can be exchanged for other items or receive store credit. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges on items used for consumption of beverages or food. Damaged accessories can be replaced or exchanged for other items.

5. Swimwear: Bathing suits and swimwear cannot be returned or exchanged for hygienic purposes. All swimwear and bathing suits are final sale.

6. Sneakers: Unfortunately, we do not accept refunds, exchanges or returns on sneakers. All sneakers are final sale.

 


CUSTOM ITEMS
(Waistbeads, personalized clothing, and personalized accessories)

Items that are custom-made cannot be canceled or refunded once the order has been submitted. We do not offer refunds or exchanges of custom made items. Please note that waistbeads that are worn too tight may result in the item breaking. If you are unsure about sizing, please reach out. We will not refund, repair or exchange broken waistbeads due to improper fitting.

 CLEARANCE items are final sale. No returns or exchanges are allowed.
