How do I wash my designed garments?
Wash garments at least 24 hours after purchase. Machine wash cold, inside-out, gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colors. Avoid using fabric softeners and hang dry for longest life. Iron inside-out on a cool setting, if necessary. Do not iron design. Do not dry clean.
What happens if my order is returned due to entering an incorrect or invalid address?
Any orders that are returned to us by the mail carrier due to incorrect, invalid, or undeliverable address can be reshipped. You will be subjected to a $5 processing and reshipment fee. You will have 90 days to request a reshipment from the time it is sent back to us or from the time you notify us of non receipt. After that time your order will be added back to our store inventory and you will lose the ability to claim.
Who do I contact if I have a problem with shipping?
If you have any issues with your shipment, such as not receiving a package that has been marked as delivered on the tracking info provided, please contact the shipping carrier. They will be able to further assist you. We are not responsible for the delivery of packages after we ship them from our facility. Please make sure the address you provide is accurate. We do not refund orders due to wrong addresses. We will only reship orders, after the items have been returned to us by the shipping carrier and you complete the appropriate actions listed in the previous question within 90 days. Reshipped orders will incur a processing and reship fee.
